Online Bill Payment via DCRWD7 Website
Our online payment option is now live! To pay your bill online using your debit/credit card, just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located here or at the bottom of this page. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Payment By Mail

To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 7 to 10 business days before the due date specified on your water bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your water utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automatic Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Automatic Bank Draft Form located under the Forms & Reports tab of this website and mail it along with a voided check to Delaware County RWD #7, Attention: Melanie Sixkiller, DCRWD #7 Business Manager, 7846 East 431 Road, Eucha, OK 74342. Please plan on your bill being paid via automatic bank draft for the first time in the following month after your request has been received. You will also continue to receive a monthly statement in the mail notifying you of the amount that will be deducted from your bank account.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at RCB Bank located at 36721 So. Highway 82, Langley, OK 74350, during regular banking hours. Cash, check, or money orders will be accepted for in-person payments. Please be sure to include your payment coupon when paying your water bill in person so that you may receive proper credit on your water utility account with DCRWD #7.
Payment Through Your Financial Institution's Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's water utility account. Please consult with your bank for more information on how to set up online bill pay with them.
