Board Meetings

Delaware County Rural Water District #7 board meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Woodland Shores Community Center, 32080 Crescent Avenue, Afton, OK  74331.  Members and the general public are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.

The annual meeting is held on the third Saturday each November.  The 2025 annual meeting will be on Saturday, November 15th at 10:00 AM.  All district members and the general public are welcome to attend.

When district members/subscribers would like to bring up topics for discussion at the monthly board meetngs, please contact our business manager Melanie Sixkiller at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting to have your topic added to the meeting agenda.  Meeting agendas with special issues for public discussion must be publicly posted 48 hours in advance of our regularly scheduled meetings.
